MASSILLON — Giorgio Jackson Jr. put together a memorable junior year of high school for the Massillon Tigers.

He emerged as one of Stark County football's top wide receivers in the fall before spending his winter as one of the top players on a state championship basketball team. All of that raised his recruiting profile quite a bit.

In June, ahead of his senior football season, the 6-foot-4, 190-pound Jackson committed to Miami (Ohio) to play football. He will be one of the key playmakers this fall for a Massillon team with no shortage of them.

Here's a look at his stats, honors and college offers entering the 2026 season.

Giorgio Jackson Jr.'s stats

• Jackson caught 43 passes for 533 and eight touchdowns in 2025, averaging 12.4 yards per catch. He led the Tigers in catches, receiving yards and receiving TDs.

• His top game of 2025 came in the second round of the playoffs when he gained a season-high 109 receiving yards on seven catches, scoring one TD in Massillon's 62-7 rout of Hoover. He also had a seven-catch game against GlenOak and six catches against Warren Harding.

• Jackson appeared in three games as a sophomore in 2024, catching four passes for 24 yards and a TD.

• Selected honorable mention All-Stark County by the Repository last fall in football.

• Earned first-team All-Stark County by the Repository and honorable mention All-Ohio in basketball, helping the Tigers win their first state championship in hoops (scoring a team-high 17 points in the title game).
