Michael Kay backtracks after sparking Anthony Volpe rumor

Michael Kay is backtracking after sparking a salacious Anthony Volpe rumor.

Kay initially said the Yankees asked Volpe to play some second base in the minor leagues and he declined.

"No, I'm a shortstop," Kay quoted Volpe as saying during Tuesday's episode of "The Michael Kay Show."
