Mike Evans remains sidelined
San Francisco 49ers WR Mike Evans (ribs) did not practice Thursday, Oct. 1.
Why it Matters: Evans has now missed two straight practices to open the week, and he will likely need to show some improvement Friday if he is going to have a chance to suit up in Week 4. Deebo Samuel is a candidate to step up if Evans misses the game, but George Kittle is probably the main beneficiary.
