MLS announces full participation in 2027 US Open Cup

Major League Soccer has announced that all 27 of its United States-based clubs will compete in the 2027 Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, the nation's longest-running soccer competition.

Following the First Round, MLS clubs will enter the 2027 US Open Cup in the Round of 64 in July, with MLS clubs receiving hosting priority for their opening match of the competition.
