MLS scare! Berterame leaves in an ambulance

There were moments of anguish in Major League Soccer tonight during the match between Inter Miami and Montreal, as Germán Berterame raised alarm bells. 

The former Monterrey player suffered a terrible accident on the field after a head-to-head collision and fell unconscious.
