NATO blames Russia for hitting Poland | DW News

NATO says a stray Russian missile, meant for Ukraine, hit Poland on Thursday. It blasted a 10-meter crater in a field, shaking the village of Tarnawa Kolonia, 80 kilometers (50 miles) from the border with Ukraine. NATO renewed its vow to defend the territory of every member country, including Poland. It has experienced repeat incursions by missiles and drones during Russia's war on Ukraine since 2022.
