Nebraska lands commitment from class of 2027 forward Dawson Battie

Nebraska basketball landed a commitment on Monday night from 2027  four-star power forward Dawson Battie. The announcement was made on social media.

Battie is the 27th overall player in the 2027 class, the third overall power forward, and the third overall player in his class from the state of Texas, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings. He drew interest from SMU, Stanford, and Kentucky but ultimately chose Nebraska.
