No, I didn't have an "I love them," option, guilty as charged. Online, though, in my unscientific search, those sentiments ranked right there with the 2002 comparisons and the "I better get mad because everyone else is, " and those two were funnier.
Me? I was down with an opinion of they're fine by me, kinda like the curves in the numbers, but no feelings strong enough to get an argument about them.
And, frankly, hopefully a lesson was learned. If you're gonna beat the hype drums, have something worth getting hyped over – like the all blacks for USC – or, at the very least, a spectacular miss which we can have a good laugh about and quietly walk away from as fall practice starts.

Do I enjoy March Madness more than the NBA Playoffs? Yes. Do I acknowledge that's the highest level of competition in basketball and a much better test of a champion than a massive single-elimination tourney? Also, yes. I love guys who make working with the kids their life's work. And I respect guys who want to take a swing at the biggest prize.
That being said, Michigan fans seem pretty solid in the belief they do not want any more Michigan Man shit. Go get us an experienced head coach with a history of winning, sez they.

NEBRASKA REACTS Survey Results: The New Uniforms Are…Not Great
So this week's survey concerned the Husker uniform change, which was probably as much a testament as to how little is going on this time of year as much as anything else. But when the hype is images such as this:
And the payoff is minor uniform adjustments such as these:
Then the reaction will likely be less than enthusiastic. And it was.
For that reason, I decided to have a little fun with the options. Here were the original choices:
Since we're in Husker sports purgatory until football practice starts, the 2026 uniform reveal has many up in arms. What was your reaction to the new look?
A) Huge announcement coming 6/20/26!!! Annnnd…a couple stripes & the numbers are curved, that's it?
B) These are terrible, I am legitimately not happy.
C) At first it was "A", but then a few crazy "B's" were raging on Twitter, so I guess I have to get big mad, too.
D) You fools! They're just like 2002's!! (Except skinnier numbers, no shoulder stripes & leg stripes, totally different)
E) You can go to a total Oregon-style redesign of 36 reflective shirt/pants combos with a corn cob on an all red helmet & I could care less if we win.
