New York Yankees trade deadline ‘failure’ ripped by WFAN host

The New York Yankees entered the MLB trade deadline with several glaring needs and plenty of pressure to improve a roster battling injuries and inconsistent play. While general manager Brian Cashman did make a pair of notable additions, not everyone believes the Yankees did enough to remain legitimate World Series contenders.

WFAN host Chris "C-Mac" McMonigle was among Cashman's harshest critics, blasting what he called the Yankees' "miserable trade deadline" and even referring to the front office's performance as a "disgrace."
