NFL execs rank Falcons star No. 1 at his position
Few players around the NFL are getting more hype for the 2026 season than Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson. A growing chorus of analysts and insiders are expecting a monster year for Atlanta's fourth-year star as he enters what should be the prime of his career.
The latest accolades come from ESPN, where they are ranking the top 10 players at each position according to anonymous league executives. They have Robinson ranked No. 1 for the first time.
"Bijan is just more dynamic than the rest of the field in terms of creating positive runs despite blocking failure," an NFC executive said. "Combo of his bend, feet and agility. His size shows up with physicality. And while Gibbs is top-end faster, Bijan is still explosive in his own right, creating home run plays... Routes, hands and pass protection, he's elite in that area."
