NFL Legend Drew Brees Speaks on Saints QB Tyler Shough
Since QB Tyler Shough became the New Orleans Saints' starter, so much hype has been built for the young player. The franchise clearly saw enough from Shough and had no choice but to go into 2026 with him as the starter. That's one of the main reasons the Saints also invested so heavily in the offense this offseason. They need to get an answer this year on whether Shough will be the franchise QB moving forward and whether the Saints can trust him. Looking at the roster on paper, there really isn't anything that stands out on offense that could give Shough an "out" if things go wrong. Obviously, injuries can occur, but for now, the ball is in Shough's hands.
