Notre Dame vs. North Carolina: What to Know Before Kickoff
North Carolina enters today's matchup with No. 3 Notre Dame believing it can match the Irish physically, but the Tar Heels' margin for error will be slim, according to Locked On Tar Heels host Isaac Schade.
Schade pointed to UNC's 28-20 loss at Clemson as evidence of both its potential and its flaws. The Tar Heels built a 17-3 lead in Death Valley, ran effectively behind Benjamin Hall's 130 yards, and made Clemson work offensively for much of the afternoon. That performance, Schade said, showed UNC has enough physicality to compete with quality opponents.
