NY Giants add cornerback off Chargers’ practice squad

Beset by injuries at cornerback, the New York Giants on Thursday signed cornerback Nikko Reed off the Los Angeles Chargers' practice squad.

Three of the Giants' top four cornerbacks — Paulson Adebo, Deonte Banks, and Greg Newsome — were on Thursday's injury report. Adebo (knee) did not practice. Banks (calf) and Newsome (rib) were limited practice participants.
