O’Gorman motivated for 48th Dakota Bowl

SIOUX FALLS (KELO) - The Dakota Bowl is one of the biggest football games of the year for O'Gorman High School, which is something future Knights are taught from a young age.

"I think our players, starting with all six of the guys that we had here today, that started our council, were kindergartners that came out to Howard Wood Field back in the day and were in the camp and cheered in the stands for their favorite player wearing O'Gorman blue," said O'Gorman head coach Jayson Poppinga at Tuesday's Dakota Bowl luncheon. "And now it's their turn to be out on the field."
