Official: Bazoumana Touré signs for Newcastle United

As confirmed by the club, Bazoumana Touré has left Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim to join Premier League outfit Newcastle United. The lightning-quick winger moves to St. James' Park for a club-record transfer fee, reported to be in the region of €50 million.

"Since joining from Sweden in February 2025, Bazou has undergone an extraordinary development – a fact largely attributable to the coaching team led by Chris Ilzer. His performances were instrumental in the second-best season in the club's history," said Hoffenheim sporting director Andreas Schicker.
