Oklahoma vs Georgia live updates: Score, highlights, predictions

The Oklahoma Sooners lost to the Georgia Bulldogs 41-13 in what was another disappointing effort in the Brent Venables era. The game was all but over by halftime as the Bulldogs built a 28-0 lead on the backs of three turnovers by quarterback John Mateer.

Oklahoma's offense had some signs of life in the first half, but every time it gained momentum, Mateer fumbled it away or threw an interception to kill a drive. None was bigger than the third-and-goal situation when Mateer lost his grip on the football, and Georgia's Chris Cole returned it for a touchdown.
