Oregon Soccer Recap: Utah Utes – 09/03/26

Your Oregon Ducks played host to the Utah Utes on Thursday night, trying to keep their unbeaten streak alive to start the season. The first half was a defensive battle, with both sides coming out to play right out of the gate and limiting the total combined shot attempts to just 7 between the two schools (4 attempts for Oregon, 3 for Utah).

The 2nd half was slightly more of a balanced game between the two sides, with the shot totals increasing to a combined 12 (7 for Oregon, 5 for Utah), including a very close miss by Carly Cormack that was just wide of the left post about a minute into the 2nd half, and then a great save by the Utah keeper on another Cormack attempt in the 69th minute.
