Padres pitcher suddenly leaves rehab start with apparent injury

Nick Pivetta's rehab start with the San Diego Padres' Class-A affiliate did not go according to plan Aug. 4.

Pivetta left the mound in Lake Elsinore, California with an apparent injury, walking straight to the dugout after throwing a pitch with two outs in the fourth inning.
