The 764 network is a loosely connected online subculture of mainly children coercing other children into brutal, degrading and sometimes deadly acts. The constantly shifting ecosystem of new members and offshoots pressures minors into producing child sexual abuse material. They then use it to blackmail victims into performing acts of violence against animals, themselves, or other people.
