Penn State extends offer to WPIAL's leading rusher

As Penn State continues to add to its Class of 2027, Matt Campbell and his staff have extended an offer to one of the top running backs in Western Pennsylvania in the Class of 2028. Tevin Owen-Cratsenberg of Highlands in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, is reportedly among the latest players to be extended an offer by the Nittany Lions.

Owen-Cratsenberg currently holds offers from Kent State and Bowling Green, but Penn State is the first offer from a power conference program on his table. That would seemingly make Penn State a likely early favorite for his commitment. Boston College is another school showing interest. He is currently unrated by 247Sports and On3, but that will likely change as the recruiting rankings for the Class of 2028 are updated moving forward.
