Penn State vs Buffalo Prediction: Another Nittany Lion Scrimmage

Penn State (2-0) continues to treat the first few weeks of the season like light scrimmages, beating Marshall and Temple by a combined score of 102-9 to get the Matt Campbell era off to a big start. Before the start of the Big Ten season, the Nittany Lions aren't exactly pushing the envelope against Buffalo (1-1). The Bulls struggled against FIU last week, but there's just enough talent in place to keep this from getting too brutal.
