The ProRodeo Hall of Fame celebrated another historic milestone on July 18, officially welcoming the 2026 induction class during its annual ceremony in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The newest class honors a diverse group of individuals and livestock whose contributions have helped shape the sport of professional rodeo, both inside and outside the arena.

Among this year's inductees is Jerome Davis, five-time NFR qualifier and 1995 Bull Riding World Champion and NFR Average Champion. Despite becoming paralyzed from the chest down after an accident in 1998, he remained deeply involved in rodeo, becoming a successful stock contractor and dedicating his time to mentoring the next generation of bull riders.

Butch Myers was recognized for his outstanding career in steer wrestling, where he qualified for 11 NFRs between 1980 and 1997. He won the steer wrestling world title and NFR average title in 1980, as well as another NFR average title in 1997. Beyond his success in the arena, Myers became a respected coach and innovator, developing training tools and hosting schools that helped shape future generations of steer wrestlers.

Loretta Manuel and Mary Burger were both inducted for their legendary achievements in WPRA barrel racing. Their careers helped elevate the event and inspired generations of competitors to follow. Both cowgirls each won two world championships – Manuel in 1963 and 1967, and Burger in 2006 and 2016.

Outside the competitive arena, several influential figures were also honored for their lasting contributions to the sport. Jeff Medders – honored in the Notable category – is recognized as one of the premier television hosts in western sports, known for his versatility, authenticity, and deep connection to the horse and the western way of life. Fellow Notable inductee Bobby Goodspeed qualified for 12 NFRs as a tie-down roper before spending more than three decades as one of the PRCA's most respected judges.

Keith Isley was honored in the Contract Personnel category for his years of service entertaining rodeo fans for five decades, earning seven NFR selections as a contract performer and numerous PRCA honors, including Clown of the Year, before retiring in 2024. Renowned stock contractor Ike Sankey was honored for building one of the PRCA's premier stock contracting programs, producing hundreds of NFR-caliber bucking horses and earning the 1999 PRCA Stock Contractor of the Year award. His horses have also claimed four PRCA Bucking Horse of the Year honors.

The San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Association was also recognized as one of the premier PRCA rodeos. The event draws tens of thousands of fans annually and generates a major economic impact across West Texas.

The 2026 class also welcomed one exceptional animal into the Hall of Fame: Killer Bee. Remembered as one of rodeo's outstanding bucking horses, she made 11 trips to the NFR in both saddle bronc riding and bareback riding. She took home the Saddle Bronc of the NFR three times, Bareback Horse of the NFR twice, and PRCA Bareback Horse of the Year title in 2019.
