RailRiders win, first series of season against Iron Pigs

MOOSIC, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Scranton Wilkes/Barre RailRiders win their first series of the year against the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, 7-3, scoring six runs in the first two innings.

Yanquiel Fernandez brought in three runs with a home run to right field in the bottom of the first with his 25th home run of the season, which puts him tied for fourth in the International League in home runs.
