Jaylen Raynor, a quarterback for Iowa State, has been named a nominee for the 2026 Allstate American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Good Works Team, an award recognizing college football players for their contributions to their communities.

Raynor, a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, joined the Iowa State program in January after transferring from Arkansas State.

During his time in Ames, he has engaged with the community through visits to local schools, the Boys & Girls Club and hospitals.
