Real Madrid seal deal for Hugo Giner

La Liga giants Real Madrid have late this week closed a deal for a fresh addition to the club's defensive ranks at academy level. This comes after Los Blancos reached an agreement with Valencia to bring in youngster Hugo Giner.

Giner, for his part, is a 17-year-old defender, who chiefly operates at left-back. The teen has long been considered one of the standout up-and-coming talents in Valencia's famed youth system, hailed for his abilities on both sides of the ball.
