Recently-cut Panthers WR reportedly signing with new team

The story between the Carolina Panthers and wideout Jimmy Horn Jr. seems to be over.

According to league insider Jordan Schultz, the Cleveland Browns are expected to sign Horn. The second-year receiver was waived byt the Panthers on Tuesday to make room on their active roster for veteran inside linebacker Tyrel Dodson.
