Renato Marin Could Leave PSG on Loan
Paris Saint-Germain is still celebrating after being crowned champions of the 2026 UEFA Champions League, the most coveted title in all of Europe.
After facing the winner of this season's Premier League, Arsenal, the Parisian team held firm until the penalty shootout, from which they emerged victorious after a missed shot by Gabriel Magalhaes.

But it will not be all about transfers, as it will apparently also be about loans. According to rumors coming from Italy, PSG's Italian-Brazilian goalkeeper, Renato Marin, could be loaned out for next season.
Marin, 19, arrived for free at Paris Saint-Germain from AS Roma last summer, and now, according to Italian journalist Tommaso Criscuolo, he could be loaned to Sporting de Braga just as happened with Gabriel Moscardo.
This information is not yet confirmed, but it would not be strange to consider that the Portuguese club maintains good ties with PSG.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe case of the goalkeepers for the Rouge et Bleu is quite an odyssey. First, it was believed that the club would decline after Gianluigi Donnarumma's departure, but coach Luis Enrique gave his vote of confidence to Lucas Chevalier.
Meanwhile, Chevalier did not convince the fans too much, especially because he was not very consistent and because he got injured at the beginning of the year, an injury from which he has not been able to fully recover, being replaced by Matvey Safonov.
Safonov was indispensable to the team's winning both the Ligue 1 title and the Champions League, so he is currently considered the undisputed starter for next season, leaving Marin and the others on the bench.
However, another young Italian goalkeeper sneaks into the list of PSG goalkeepers, as it is expected that 18-year-old Alessandro Longoni, coming from AC Milan, will arrive for free at the Parisian club.

If his departure is confirmed, Renato Marin will be able to demonstrate his skills elsewhere, and being from the so-called billion-dollar generation, as he shares a generation with Vitor Reis, Endrick, Estevao, among others, he will surely stand out wherever he goes.
