Report: Tony Romo refused to submit to breath testing

It had been unclear whether former Cowboys quarterback and CBS analyst Tony Romo had submitted to breath testing after his Thursday arrest in Milwaukee for suspicion of operating while intoxicated. It's now more clear.

The California Post reports that Romo was issued a citation for "refusing to take test for intoxication after arrest."
