Rico Dowdle exits early due to toe injury

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rico Dowdle (toe) left the Week 2 game against the New England Patriots in the first half due to a toe injury. He was taken to the locker room in the front seat of the cart.

Prior to departing, Dowdle had four rushes for 11 yards, while adding a nine-yard reception on his only target.
