Russia, Ukraine agree to Melania Trump-brokered localised ceasefire

President Trump says it was First Lady Melania Trump’s initiative that led to a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine in the Ukrainian city of Oleshky, which has been under Russian occupation for four years. The ceasefire is expected to begin in a week.
