Rutgers Football Dismisses Former Four-Star EDGE Wydeek Collier-Johnson

The Rutgers Football program has dismissed former four-star EDGE Wydeek Collier- Johnson for a violation of team rules, according to Richie O'Leary of The Knight Report. Further information about the cause of his dismissal is yet to be released.
Collier-Johnson was a highly rated recruit coming out of the 2025 class, after he reclassified into the 2025 class after originally being a 2026 prospect. He was the highest-rated recruit for Rutgers in the 2025 class according to the Rivals Industry Rankings after spending his time in the high school ranks at Neumann-Goretti High School in Pennsylvania. During the last year of his high school career, Collier-Johnson recorded 35 tackles, 14 tackles-for-loss, and eight sacks. In addition to Rutgers, he received a lot of interest from Penn State coming out of high school.
