Sanford Sports brings programs to Rapid City

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO)-- Sanford's expansion into western KELOLAND comes as sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, and lacrosse see growing participation numbers in Rapid City and the Black Hills.
