SDSU’s adverse 2025 makes for ‘perfect’ building block

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — SDSU football is coming off of an unusual 9-5 season in 2025 with a second round exit in the FCS playoffs.

The Jackrabbits have won two national championships in five years. Head coach Dan Jackson joined the program in 2024 and although the ultimate goal at the helm is to bring another national title back to Brookings, the adversity his group faced in 2025 curated what he calls the "perfect" season to continue building.
