Security dominates Colombia presidential vote amid rising violence
Voting has opened for Colombia's presidential election. Left-wing President Gustavo Petro can't run for a second consecutive term, but his often combative relationship with US President Donald Trump appears to be a factor to voters. The country's future relationship with the US is seen as being on the ballot, as is rising crime. The frontrunners are a criminal lawyer, a right-wing senator, and the current president’s protégé - each propose sharply different approaches to the job.
