Cincinnati, with the only returning head coach in the division, came in No. 7 and was the highest-ranked AFC North team. The Pittsburgh Steelers ranked 21st and the Baltimore Ravens were No. 9., the Bengals are the top team in the AFC North and one of the best in the league as a whole with the No. 7 ranking.
Despite some worries about the slow starts the Bengals have been known for under Zac Taylor, the rankings say, "Continuity gives the Bengals a chance to shake that trend, particularly with the line looking as solid as it has ever been for Burrow."
