Should you start Bucs TEs this week in fantasy football?

The Buccaneers have plenty of fantasy options on offense, but tight end is one position I'm staying away from in most leagues heading into Week 2 against the Cleveland Browns. Cade Otton is the one exception in deeper formats, while Tampa Bay's other tight ends don't have enough fantasy value for me to consider putting them into a lineup.

Cade Otton: Deeper-league start

Otton caught three passes for 26 yards in Tampa Bay's Week 1 loss to Cincinnati, finishing without a touchdown. FantasyPros has him ranked as the TE24 against Cleveland with a projection of 6.1 fantasy points, which puts him outside the range of tight ends I'm comfortable starting in a standard league. If you're in a deeper league and need a tight end, Otton is the Bucs player I'd take a chance on, but he's going to be touchdown-dependent. Tampa Bay has plenty of other options for Baker Mayfield in the passing game, so without a trip to the end zone, it's difficult to see Otton putting together the type of production you want from a fantasy starter.
