Skyler Locklear ‘locked in’ to lead Bears this fall

SPRINGFIELD--Skyler Locklear showed Missouri State fans what he was capable of last year, when he totaled nearly 200 yards and 2 touchdowns, at Plaster Stadium, as the starting quarterback of the UTEP Miners.

Fastforward to this year, and the fifth-year senior beat out Duke transfer, Henry Belin IV, to win the starting quarterback job for the Bears.
