Reports in Italy claim that Fiorentina forward Albert Gudmundsson has been ‘offered’ to Juventus by his agents, but that head coach Luciano Spalletti is not entirely sold by the idea of signing the Iceland international, even at reasonable figures.

Report: Juventus uninterested in Gudmundsson opportunity

According to reports from Tuttosport (via Calciomercato.com), Gudmundsson’s agents are hard at work attempting to secure a move away from Fiorentina, and among the clubs that the player’s representatives have reportedly spoken to is Juventus.

According to Sunday’s reports, signing Gudmundsson is expected to cost somewhere between €15m and €18m, including the cost of a potential loan deal for the first year.

However, the idea of signing Gudmundsson is not an idea that has convinced Spalletti according to the latest updates.

It is no secret that Juventus are hoping to add to their attacking department this summer, particularly at centre-forward following the confirmation that Dusan Vlahovic will leave the club at the end of his contract this month.
