Sport of Kickingball on the rise in Oregon

Gresham, ORE. (KOIN) - Most of us have played kick ball on the playground, but "kickingball" is serious business in Latin America.  

There are several minor differences in rules, but the biggest difference you would notice is that kickingball is played with a ball akin to a soccer ball. The variation on the popular American sport was brought to Venezuela in the 1960's by a teacher who visited the States and witnessed kick ball.
