Stuttgart announce contract extension for centre-back

VfB Stuttgart have confirmed a contract extension for injury-plagued centre-back Dan-Axel Zagadou.

The Frenchman's deal has been extended by a further year and now runs until the summer of 2027.

"Daxo's footballing skills make him a valuable asset to our defence, and his personality makes him an important member of our squad. We're looking forward to our future together," said Wohlgemuth.
