Team Warrior MMA Gym opens in Storm Lake

STORM LAKE, Iowa (KCAU) — The Team Warrior MMA Gym in Storm Lake opened its doors this week for business.

Its owner is Yunior Escobar, a four-time regional MMA champion.

"It was something that we needed. Something that the people needed in this town. The community has been asking for this for so long to have something for kids. Something for all the community to get together and for once. Forget about your problems. Something to get your mind out of the trouble, get your mind straight," said Escobar, owner of Team Warrior MMA Gym in Storm Lake.
