The trade deadline has arrived. The final dots and crosses must made made to all the letters and all the agreements must be in to the Commissioner's Office by 3:00 p.m. MST. As is often the case, there is an expectation that there will still be some contracts with wet ink at the time. However, as long as the paperwork is completed on time, smudged ink will not hold things up.
