1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Sporting Media USA Inc.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and anyone involved in the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter. The giveaway is void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins when the giveaway post is published and ends on July 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries received before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the following steps during the giveaway period:

• Comment on the giveaway post with your favorite World Cup moment

• Share the giveaway post to your story and tag a friend

Entrants must have a public account or otherwise make their entry visible to Sponsor for the entry to be counted. Limit one entry per person. Use of multiple accounts to enter may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one autographed Malik Tillman Bayer Leverkusen jersey. Approximate retail value: $150.

The prize is awarded as is and may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize does not include any certificate of authenticity unless expressly provided by Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

After the giveaway period ends, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by direct message or another reasonable method. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours or Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes or costs associated with receiving or using the prize.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s name, handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway, unless prohibited by law.

10. Platform and Third-Party Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, FIFA, U.S. Soccer, USMNT, any player, or any other third party unless expressly stated in the giveaway post or these rules. By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from responsibility for the giveaway.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances affect the integrity of the giveaway.

The giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
