Trump’s $5,000 pledge divides Texas Republican voters

The second day of the republican convention is underway in Dallas, Texas ahead of the US midterm elections. Trump made a pledge on Wednesday to give every American adult $5,000 if Republicans retain control of the House and Senate in November.
