Two dead after ship sinks off Romania following fire

Two crew members died and 11 were rescued after a fire broke out aboard the Turkish-owned Royad Mammadov in the Black Sea. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian drones caused the fire, but Romanian authorities did not comment.
