Officials in Russia and Ukraine have both reported deaths and injuries following attacks. Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said the country's military had hit two Russian oil refineries in "long-range" attacks. Russia’s Yaroslav region has counted four injured in an attack on the Slavneft-Yanos oil refinery after huge clouds of smoke were seen over the city.
