Updated Falcons QB depth chart after Cooper Rush signing

The Atlanta Falcons have reportedly signed former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Their top two quarterbacks, Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix, are both expected to miss time early in camp because of injuries.
