USWNT pioneer Kim Crabbe to inspire local athletes

Former US Women's National Team Striker Kim Crabbe will be the featured speaker at Mundialito's Inaugural Youth Leadership Day on Friday, July 10, to speak to young athletes from Providence, Pawtucket and Central Falls.

Crabbe was the first Black woman to be called up to the US Women's National Team in 1985. Before her call-up to the team, she played for George Mason University, where she won the national championship that same year.
