Utah star commits to Georgia baseball

Utah Utes outfielder Jet Gilliam has committed to transferring to the Georgia Bulldogs. Gilliam will be a massive addition to the Dawgs' lineup in 2027, and the senior could quickly begin to shine in Athens next season. 

Gilliam was a star throughout his one and only season at Utah in 2026. The talented outfielder was credited with a .362 batting average while also hitting six home runs. Gilliam held 188 total at-bats last season, and the outfielder was a regular contributor in the Utes' lineup throughout his junior year.
