WICHITA FALLS, Texas — No. 12 Midwestern State edged Oklahoma Christian 2–1 on Wednesday afternoon at Stang Park, with Madison Brinkley delivering the game-winner in the 80th minute.

Brinkley broke a 1–1 tie by curling Jimena Rodriguez's pass from just inside the box into the top right corner, securing MSU's 26th straight home match without a loss. The Mustangs limited the Eagles to five shots on goal — the 30th consecutive match in which MSU has not allowed more than five.
